LIVE | Sri Lanka vs Bangladesh | Match 5 | Women U19 Tri-Nation Series 2026 | MZP1J
Sri Lanka had two teams in Pakistan this week, and Sports TV followed both. In Faisalabad, at Iqbal Stadium, Sri Lanka's under-19 women met Bangladesh in Match 5 of the women's U19 Tri-Nation T20 Series, with Pakistan's under-19s making up the third side. In Rawalpindi, the senior men were getting ready for a T20I series against Pakistan.
The Faisalabad match drew the bigger crowd. The full live stream, billed in its description as a look at "the next generation of women's cricket stars," had passed 180,000 views 18 hours after it went up. A live stream on this channel usually closes its first day near 11,000. The highlights package of the same match also ran far past the channel's usual pace for its regular videos.
The few viewers who commented were mostly congratulating a batter on her innings, and one wished her many more fifties.
The senior series kept the rest of the day busy. A practice Short from Rawalpindi did well for a Short here. A press conference with Pakistan captain Sahibzada Farhan, the opening batter, came in well above a regular video's usual first day.
The channel's run of retired stars keeps going too, with Mahmudullah's 73 for Bangladesh Champions in the World Championship of Legends posted the same day.

The numbers
For a channel whose live streams usually draw a modest first-day crowd, an under-19 match had a very different day.
