Mini sticks keep On the bench's hockey week in play

The spring series opener and its highlight clip offer a catch-up alongside a newer house tour.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

GAME 1 !!!! 2026 MINI- STICK SERIES IS BACK

On the bench left the upload schedule empty, so the week's hockey comes in miniature. Its spring return to mini sticks remains the strongest daily draw among its videos, with a highlights Short offering a quicker route into the same game.

"GAME 1 !!!! 2026 MINI- STICK SERIES IS BACK " marked a return after what the description calls years away from the mini-stick rink. The accompanying "Couple highlights from game 1! #hockey #kneehockey #ministicks" has the larger total audience, but the full opener is attracting more views each day right now. For a channel that calls itself Canada's most misleading hockey news channel, knee hockey feels comfortably on-brand.

The library added about 9,000 views over the week, while subscribers stayed unchanged. Nearby hockey channel sdpn had a much busier viewing week and added subscribers, putting On the bench on the quieter side of this sports-channel neighborhood.

There is also a change of setting on the catch-up shelf: "NEW HOUSE TOUR WITH THE BOYS !!!! " is drawing a small daily audience alongside the sticks and highlights.
