What do you watch on The Cruise Spotter when nothing new has gone up? The answer is the port itself. No videos arrived this week, and the busiest thing on the channel is its round-the-clock live stream of the Port Miami cruise terminals, running since mid-September and now close to 100,000 views.

It is a natural fit for a channel built on ship spotting. Miami calls itself the cruise capital of the world, and on a busy morning the terminals line up several floating cities at once. A live feed lets viewers drop in whenever a ship slides in or out, no editing required.

Two older pieces are still drawing a steady trickle. One is a short from the spring marveling at MSC World America (the title simply calls her massive), and the other is "Sunday Dance of Arrivals at Port of Miami," a video of exactly the morning ritual the live stream now shows every day.

Without fresh uploads the channel ran at roughly a third of its usual daily pace, and the subscriber count held where it was. Among the aviation and machine channels around its size, Diesel Creek is the one having the big week, while Mentour Now! is quiet too.
