Godzilla's return brings monster-design questions to Rotten Tomatoes Trailers
Takashi Yamazaki's sequel joins Greta Gerwig's Narnia adaptation in a fifteen-upload week.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Godzilla Minus Zero Trailer #2 (2026)
Rotten Tomatoes Trailers occupies a sizable spot among its film-channel neighbors, though Universal Pictures and OSR Digital are enjoying much busier viewing days. Here, the week's largest new audience gathered around a returning monster and the Shikishima family.
"Godzilla Minus Zero Trailer #2 (2026)" has reached about 158,000 views. The description brings Ryunosuke Kamiki, Minami Hamabe and Munetaka Aoki together under director Takashi Yamazaki, with the family facing a new threat as Godzilla returns. Yamazaki also directed Godzilla Minus One, which won the Oscar for visual effects, giving this sequel a particularly memorable predecessor.
The comments are full of creature-design speculation. Viewers discuss whether King Ghidorah is being held back from the marketing, while another makes the inevitable arithmetic joke about subtracting zero. Those are audience theories, not a confirmed monster roster.
Fantasy supplied another substantial new arrival: "Narnia: The Magician's Nephew Trailer #1 (2027)," directed by Greta Gerwig and listing Daniel Craig, Carey Mulligan and Emma Mackey among its cast. Elsewhere, Being Heumann introduces Ruth Madeley as disability-rights activist Judy Heumann, with Sian Heder directing a story centered on a sit-in protest.
Across the channel, weekly viewing totaled about 6.4 million, while subscribers remained unchanged. Daily views are currently less than a third of their usual level, so the full upload schedule has not meant an equally busy viewing pace.
The freshest momentum belongs to "Ghost Soldier New Trailer (2026)," featuring Jim Caviezel as an engineer and former Green Beret protecting his Wyoming neighbors. Guarding Stars, with Jared Padalecki and Leighton Meester, is another of the channel's most active draws right now.
